Get Your Key On Windows XP CD

This trick is awesome, you don't need to surf the net to find a CD-Key for Windows XP cause it's already included on your installer.
Just simply explore the CD, look for I386 folder, then search for UNATTEND.TXT and open it.
Scroll down , BINGO!.. there it goes.

Invalid Folder and File names on Windows OS

It all began when I try to create folder name CON and I got an error message "Cannot create or replace file: The filename you specified is invalid or too long.."

I try to search the net and found out that not all names are possible to use when creating a folder or file names. Here are the list; CON, AUX, PRN, NUL COM1, COM2, COM3, COM4, COM5, COM6, COM7, COM8, COM8, COM9, LPT1, LPT2, LPT3, LPT4, LPT5, LPT6, LPT7, LPT8 and LPT9.

The explanation is that, these names are reserved for system device. For more information please check out the Microsoft page.

At last, I'm done introducing the members of the group, even though its just a simple description, I guess its good enough, wala pa kasi akong permission from the group. Any way I'll post our pictures if they will give a permission.
Currently, we are sophomore students in EARIST, Manila, taking BS Computer Engineering. We are also VSA, Volunteer Student Assistant, at the CEAFA Computer Laboratory.
This blog will not only serve as a group diary, this will also serve as compiler for the tips and tricks that we learn from our experience and also from any reliable source of information.
